I really hope they do one in 7mm.
I could find a home for one on Ranelagh bridge.

The buffer shanks do look a tad over-long, but other than that I think it looks spectacular! Puts a certain O scale kit in the shade, for sure....I should imagine it'll be the death of the Silver Fox kit, too... IIRC the S.F. kit is over £100 itself?

Is that because of the original design or demand?Sadly now looking like Ultrascale won't be doing a drop-in conversion set - too expensive/awkward by the looks of it...
Although im not sure what I make of all this talk of 7mm RTR![]()

I didn't say a thingCue the 'RTR/RTP is killing kitbuilding/scratchbuilding/the ozone layer' debate![]()
mind you it is very mild for the time of year.....

Have Dapol actually confirmed a class 22 in 7mm or is it speculation/reading between the lines etc. I too have to agree that rtr locos are always welcomeI have built kits and bought rtr stock and feel that there has to be a nice balance because of the time factor. I think we would all love alot more modelling time, but sometimes , for whatever reason our time disappears so rtr stock help move projects on without the need to sit and build stuff for hours/days/YEARS
