Thought I'd better conclude on this ongoing story. I got the last loose bits attached to the later liveried Octel chlorine tank ahead of the Derby 2mm Expo so here it is next to one of its earlier liveried brothers sat on the (notional) entrance road to the bromine works on my Hayle North Quay test bed... again usual words about cruel enlargement blah blah...
