Having had a minor eye procedure this morning, (laser removal of PCO in my right eye) I am seeing the layout and my recent work on the fiddleyard in a completely different light, Much brighter and sharper. PCO means the ye is like looking through a thin mist. to slightly misquote the song " I can see clearly now the rain mist has gone"

Anyway some more pics.

BTW I quite like Chris's idea of painting the bare wood green, I'll give it a think.

First a low one with the centre scenics removed and train on the sector plate

no centre 1 F.jpg

Second similar but with scenics in

centre in 2 F.jpg

And finally the branch with centre scenics in.

Great news about your improved eye sight Alan, at our age it is a continuous battle to keep things working ;)

Your scenic fiddleyard works well and makes good use of what would have been a wasted space.

Best Wishes,
Geoff

Thanks for the compliment Gismorail. No it's Mierystock Tunnel on the old Severn and Wye line in the Forest and in real live just as on my model is a stone bridge some100 or so yards in front of it.
